Missed classes

• All missed classes to be used/made during the current session. except those attending 2 or more classes per week.
• Those attending 2 or more classes per week have to made all missed classes with in first two weeks of the next session.
• The participants are welcome to make any of missed classes in any other groups during the current session.

Refunds

• Requests for a refund should be made by an email message.
• No refunds after the beginning of the session
• 100% refund will be made if the request submitted for more than one week before the first class of the session. 
• 75% credit will be given if the request submitted for less than one week before the first class of the session.
• Credit can be use for further registration to classes. workshops, or events of the Studio.

Payment

• Payment is excepted by cash, cheques, e-transfer, and credit cards( processed through PayPal)
• NSF cheques will be charged $25.00 per item.
• Cheques might be deposited on the first day of the session.

Cancellation

• Classes with fewer that 6 registered participants may be canceled at the discretion of the Studio.
• 100% refund will be made in case of cancellation of the group.
• Classes cancelled due to weather conditions, illness of the instructor, or other external circumstances will be rescheduled at the end of the session.
